Using the Service
- Users must provide accurate order and delivery information.
- Prices and availability may change before order confirmation — final price is locked at payment.
- Delivery timing depends on supplier availability and coverage area.
- Users must inspect items/services on receipt and report issues immediately.

Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation/refund rules depend on order status — check each order.
- After preparation has started, full cancellation may not be possible.
- In case of mismatch, buyer protection applies per Majaz policy.

Fees & Pay-later
- Majaz may charge a service fee, clearly displayed at checkout before confirmation.
- Pay-later eligibility is at Majaz's discretion and requires at least 3 successful orders.
- Available pay-later terms: 30, 60, or 90 days, interest-free.
